BB30A is Cannondale's asymmetric BB30: a 42 mm bore widened 5 mm on the non-drive side to a 73 mm shell. It looks like BB30 but is wider, so a symmetric BB30 crank spindle is too short. A frame may still wear a BB30 sticker, so measure the shell width to be sure.
