The Cannondale CAAD13 alloy frame uses an integrated IS42 upper headset, a 27.2 mm seatpost, a 12x100 front thru-axle and, being an aluminium frame, can take a 31.8 mm clamp front derailleur or a braze-on.
Check whether your CAAD13 has a braze-on tab or a round tube; the round tube takes a 31.8 mm clamp. The bottom bracket is a BSA threaded shell, covered on its own page.
