A DUB crank needs a DUB BB, and a 70 mm Italian shell needs an Italian thread. A DUB Italian-thread BB is a niche part and may not exist for your frame; a BSA-shell frame is the safer route for DUB.
Do not force a BSA DUB BB into an Italian shell. The 36 mm x 24 TPI Italian thread will not accept the 1.37 in BSA BB and you will destroy the shell.
