A 30 mm crank is the native fit for a Specialized OSBB shell. On a carbon frame it presses into the 46 mm bore and on an alloy frame into the 42 mm bore, in both cases carrying the 30 mm axle.
Measure your OSBB bore first: carbon is 46 mm, alloy is 42 mm. A 46 mm cup will not press into a 42 mm alloy shell, so the right part depends on the frame material.
